DIPLOMA RECITAL!!

okay first of all

this is one of the subject that has the highest credit hour among all my subjects

3.0 jam kredit tahu??

so kene wat betol2 la..

basically, the aim of this recital, is to organize a concert at the end of our diploma!

yesss,,,, CONCERT!!!

hehe

tapi bukan la concert yg mcm gig nyanyi2 tuh..

konsert ni more to forum like performance, cume kali ni the mass is bigger!

and its open for public to come too..

permarkahan die camni...

60% management means kitorang 1 batch, kene organize event ni bebetol..

everybody must take part of its organization..

bukan takat perform jek..

so sume kene ade tugas..

mcm ak, ak dpt bahagian grafik..

kene wat slide show sume la...

sebenarnye subjek ni xde kelas pon.. die mcm independent subject tau..

kitorg kene meeting, bincang, jumpe lecturer, divide tugas, carik sponsor,

sume kene wat sendiri..

thats y management smpai 60% tuh,,

selebihnya performance..

performance, kitorang kene perform

at least 25 minutes..

xkisah berapa lagu, just not less than 25 but not more than 30 minutes..

itu yg ak tengah pening xtau nk bawak lagu ape nih..

contohnye filestube, megaupload, fileserve, even jiwang.org..

kalo korg jenis yg suke dload2 muvi, software or game, korg mesti perasan bende nih..

crack software plak kebanyakannye kat megaupload..

so bile da block, mmg bengang lah kan..

there's a way to bypass this filter..

my friend Danial Nordin yg ajar bende nih..

so ak nk share lah..

okay,

since ive nothing to share about music in this post,

i'll just skip to the TIPS TYPING section okay!!

so in this post id like to share a windows customization software..

i used it for a bout a year now..

no problem at all

=)

software ni ntok windows 7 je ek!!

kalo korg rase bosan ngan logon screen korg yg plain blue camni..

jadi cool camnih!!

*credit to google for both pictures above. i cant take my own logon screenshot coz i just dont know how to.. haha

so kalo korg beminat..

meh ak aja cane nak wat..

simple jek..

1.download dulu software nih.. Win7LogonChanger

2.lpas dload, xperlu install pon.. just right-click the file and click "run as administrator"..

3.lpas tuh click la button "choose folder" kat atas belah kanan..

4.then locate folder mane yg korg letak gamba nk wat jadi logon screen tuh.. locate the folder okay, bukan gamba tesebot.. pastu click okay!

5.pastu korg pilih la gamba mane yg korg nak kat atas tu, then click "apply" kat belah kanan!

6.DONE! settle dah.. kalo xcaye cube logoff, nnt background die da tuka..

kalo susah nk paham instruction,

usha lah vdeo nih..

ak wat sndiri kat laptop ak spaye korg xcakap ak menipu plak..

haaaa..

dah?

1st of all, did ya notice the title change??

ok here's the story

i did mention in my last post bout sharin more than just music in this blog aite??

so, i decided to start new episodes..

haha

bajet jek nk berepisod pula kan..

anyway, with this new title change, i hope ill be encouraged to write more

and to share more knowledge with u guys..

last weekend i went to Penang!!

my friends got a wedding performance job there..

and im following them..

im not performing, im just there for a trip..

kind of a holiday for myself lah..

bak kate Mohd Hazlie Mohd Rislan, bile lagi nak jalan2 penang ngan membe2 kan??

so aku folow jela.. xrugi ape pon..

malu sket la sbb menyemak kan.. haha..

memandangkan ak xperform, so ak hanya mampu share vdeo jela ngan korg..

ethnology was derived from the word ethnic..

so ethnology basically means the study of ethnic..

music ethnology then means the study of ethnic music..

quite interesting subject, but hard too..

tenet yg laju kat umah korg nk dload jela keje kan..

tp kenkadang tensen sbb xtau nk dload katne..

1.pegi website yg offer movi download cthnye;

2.search la muvi yg korg nk dload

3.then follow jek download link, kalo keluar advertisement tggu la jap

nnt keluar pkataan 'skip', click situ

4.biasenye korg kene dload part by part. maklomla, satu muvi

paling kecik pon 300mb.. so nk dload lmbt.. dats y diorg wat part by part..

korg download jek sume part yg ade.

5.then korg kene join sume part tuh, baru la dpt play movie tuh.. ade 3 care nk join.. kalo yg korg dload part tuh sume dlm format .zip, korg select sume part, then right click, then extract here. done!

6.kalo yg korg dload tuh dlm format .001, .002, etc..

korg kene dload software ntok join die.. software paling senang is File splitter n joiner.. klik sini ntok dload..

7.pas dload, install.. nnt scare otomatik file korg yg part 1 (.001) akan tuka icon. just click jek part 1 tuh, pastu click join.. pastu settle!!

haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa... tu jek ak nk share.. mmg pening sket sbb typed instruction..

xpe2, nnt kalo ak rajin ak wat vdeo instruction plak yek!! haaa

in this post, id like to share another subject that ive learn in music diploma..

kali ni bukan perform, bukan paper, its.....

MUSIC TECHNOLOGY!!

so agak2 korg pon tau la teknologi kan.. mostly melibatkan komputer..

so secara ringkasnya music tech ni is a subject

that lets us explore the use of technology in music world..

actually subjek ni mase sem 3..

dah lepas tapi ak still apply sume yg ak blaja smpai skrg..

well, technology is quite important okay..

sebenanye, kebanyakan music yg kite denga kat radio tiap2 hari,

mostly gune software..(xcept band)

cuma vokal jek diorg record(still uses music software)

tapi music sume gune software..

xpercaya??

okay sound editing ni kalo xblaja music pon boleh gune..

just kene ad software yg betol lah..

btw, ni ak ade video sample..

time nih ak saje2 edit lagu Meet Uncle Hussein dgn lagu HafizAF..

ce try dengar..

ni saje2 jek.. mmg xsedap, ak saje nk tnjuk sample editing im capable of to do with this software..

mcm apetah jadiknye laggu tuh.. hehe..

MIXING

mixing means mencampur! haha

generally, mixing ni ialah proses nk mix recorded audio..

contohnye, gita da record, drum da record, vokal da record,

so skarang tinggal nk gabungkan sume2 audio tu menjadi satu lagu yg sempurna..

tu jek..

dlm mixing ni byk proses sound editing yg terlibat..

nk cite mmg panjang, so nk tau lebih?

blaja la music!! hehe..

Non-Musical Post (self restraint)

okay first of all, i would like to inform that this post isnt musical at all..

it should be a post where i express what ive been thinking lately..

and sorry that i cant continue on Music Matter post,

the problem is im currently having semester break, and while im home,

theres not much musical thing that i can share..

i guess ill continue when the new semester starts..

i know im not really good at anything..

i just know few things..

generally im just a regular guy trying to make myself happy..

along with my effort, i find out some people being just too annoying for me..

yea i know im not even close to perfect,

and i have no rights to judge people..

but i think im old enough to figure out whether ur a friend,

or just a friend trying to manipulate me,

or just somebody i know that really looks down on me..

personally, i care bout people's thought bout me..

since im 15, ive been trying hard to control myself..

not to say words, or to take an action,

that would hurt or irritate others, especially my friends..

i can be too talkative, and i can be really annoying,

and im trying my best not to be like that..

i just wanna be regular,

i wanna be a guy that listen more to his surroundings..

i wanna think thoroughly before i take any action..

ive been trying..

and i did somehow change a bit..

eventually i start to think more bout other's feelings..

not just my friends, even more that feelings appears towards my family..

i used to hate my lil bro so much..

i dont know why but i just hate em..

once, i did not speak to him for almost a month..

then i realize that he was just a child..

cant really think of actions he made..

its me.

im an adult already..

i should be more responsible..

and when i look at the situation from his point of view, i can see..

i can see the love that i shouldve shown to him all these years..

and so ive changed..

i see things from different view..

friends

i need them

they help me discover my personality

they help me to be myself

losing a good friend is a thing that i found so hard

it shows how terrible i am in social relationship

and again it brought me to have a look again at myself

what have i done?

been a good friend?

been a foe?

been a what??

i think i know music

i think i can play music

i think i understand music

yesterday i did a simple test on myself

i record myself playing

and i go through every seconds of the video

and guess what i see??

a regular guy playing an instrument

i dont deserve the title "Music Student"

2 years studying music, i havent improved..

another disappointing spot of me...

"im just as smart as my google search"

i just know some things that i found on google

ive never really invented something

so

useless

have been in love several times..

even twice with one girl..

still expecting and waiting for a girl..

but honestly

seeing how i behave

i dont think i deserve someone like her

im starting to get over it

even if its 20 years from now..

never really get to felt true love, yet..

okay once again ive been busy..

almost a month since the last episode..

sorry..

the truth is actually im waiting for some videos and pictures

to be shared with u guys..

but unfortunately until now i cant manage to get the media...

maybe letter..

despite of all that disappointment, ive decided to share another thing...

that would be....

MY EXAM PAPER!!

so.. memang tengah musim exam pon..

so xsalah nk cite pasal paper aku kan..

okay sem ni aku just ade 2 paper jek.. yg lagi 9 subjek sume xm performance..

the first is my Music Theory..

kalo korg bace dari 1st episode korg dah tau la music theory tu ape..

so ni ak ade scan paper Quiz 2 music theory..

memang xclear kalo tgk gini.. cube klik mane tau gamba jadi besa ke ape ke.. haha.. tgk markah aku tuh.. 29/50.. terok!! sbb, study last minute.. hurm.. lgpon mmg theory 4 ni ssh sket.. pening aku.. sape kate music senang huh??????

nih soalan analyze paling tensen.. huuuuuuuuu... cmnela agaknye music theory mase degree nnt.. mst mcm add math jadinye.. haha!
